Fees/ Payment
Metro Medical Direct offers care that is centered on the needs of the patient with no restrictions or third party influence; as a result we are out of network but are insurance friendly because we help avoid the more expensive settings for healthcare such as Emergency Departments and Urgent Care Centers. In many cases your insurance company may reimburse between 50% and 80% of charges, making the actual out-of-pocket costs similar to or less than that of the average Emergency Room visit co-pay. This is also a good way to utilize your flex spending account before it expires.
Medical House Call: $300 (quarterly retainer option also available for patients needing more frequent visits).
A sliding scale with proof of income ($2.00 per $1000 dollars of annual gross income) + cost of medications
Nursing & Allied Health School Physicals/ College Physicals includes MMR Booster, Td booster, PPD, Completed Forms (Includes 2 visits): $550 total.
Accepted for payment: Cash, Mastercard, Visa and American Express, FSA (flex spending account) or HSA (health savings account).
**$50 off initial visit if referred by physician (MD, DO) or other health care provider (NP, PA, CNM)
